O.E. Management Rooms

The Anchorage property was originally bought and developed by Janice and Carl Armour. They built up The Anchorage into a thriving hotel, which was a staple of the Island for both locals and international guests for years. Unfortunately, when Hurricane Maria hit the island in 2017 severe damage was caused to the property. Over the past several years The Anchorage has been under re-construction in the hopes of rebuilding the community hub it represented prior to the hurricane. During the summer of 2022, the property re-opened as Anchorage Ltd, and is currently host to a few small businesses within the compound.

One of these new and growing businesses is our very own O.E. Management which is owned and operated by Janice and Carl’s grandson, Omaya with his Canadian partner Elizabeth. 

Omaya grew up at Anchorage and considers it his home. Many returning guests remember him as a little boy swimming in the pool and happily running around the compound. This love and passion that Omaya experienced as a child has led him to continue his grandparent’s legacy. Together with his partner Elizabeth they hope to grow and build the property back to how many past guests remember it. 

This led to the establishment of O.E. Management in July of 2022.
